Comments I admire the the classical style of your Austen pieces. They are the same sort of quality illustration you can find in old hard-back books, yet they also have a definite 'newness' about them. Absolutely lovely and complimentary depictions of Austen's wonderful characters!
 i'm so sad to know that these books you illustrated are no longer offered by the folio society. i love and admire your art, i was searching for books by austen on their website specifically hoping to purchase one (or all) that was illustrated by you.
-- If it's not hard, you're not doing it right.  Wow. I love Jane Austen as an author. Now even more if possible.

I love the sketches from Emma you uploaded! Although I have lately come into the possession of the book, I have not read it yet, but I am really enjoying the Masterpiece Classic adaption... -- "Any problem on earth can be solved with the careful application of high explosives." - Mertz von Quirnheim, in 'Valkyrie'  I love your Austen collection. The colors are so vivid. Really brings the scenes to life!
