Your handwriting is so elegant, it's a work of art in itself :aww:

May I inquire as to you got that godly handwriting? It looks like a part of the picture, which is also equally as beautiful. :D

That is really lovely. The birds and the folds are delicate and fascinating - I though her head was too small, but on matching it too her hands (which are beautiful and expressive, hands are wonderful when drawn well) and proportions I realised that it was the size of the kimono 'collar'/shoulder folds...
The entirety of cloth and figure flows very well, and gracefully and I can see how she is standing despite all the folds; and as someone says, the handwriting frames and flows beautifully with the figure.
Obviously there are a few untidy lines and pencil marks, also I think the mouth may be slightly offcentre (too far towards the viewer) but that may just be the angle of her face...
But I can easily see this as a quiet pencil or ink work, or a very beautiful coloured work... and, although I don't know what the original colours were, this would suit either a very bold and beautiful scheme or some of your gentler complementary ones... it is simpler than your usual finished works (although I know that may be because it is unfinished) and I think it suits your style very well (as what you draw is so very detailed, the empty areas complement it well... actually, I think that's the only thing I would ever change about your art (if I ever could bear to :D), but even then I'm not sure I would as all the details make them more interesting.

Where are my double personalities??!!?

I find this quite elegant. I just adore her fan (of course!) and the colors I can imagine as well. It also appears I am being given a coy, half-smile.

I find this quite timely as I've just finished reading Myths and Legends of Japan wherein this piece by Gilbert and Sullivan is mentioned several times.
