I love the vintage book feel to it, combined/contrasting with the somewhat icky subject matter (ewww...ants crawling over everything!). And I think we've all been there when dealing with repairmen or exterminators who show up days after they're scheduled and wonder why we aren't there.
I also love these pages as an insight into your process...to see portions in pencil still that have been redone, or portions that are still to be inked...it's delightful.
I wonder if this scheduling mishap is related to Flo doing the scheduling?
I do hope you get an opportunity to finish this.

Exactly.
And thank you too for your comments on the process. I like these aspects very much myself, and wanted to show these just as they are. I think there's often so much more life in these less "polished" things of mine than many of my finished pieces.
