An article by the author, Michael Morpurgo, in the books section of the Saturday Guardian from the 5th January, 2013, featuring my illustration for The Elephant's Child from the Folio Society's limited edition of Rudyard Kipling's Just So Stories (below). Morpurgo also wrote the introduction to this edition.

They got my surname right beneath the illustration, but added an extra letter to it at the end of the article.

Thank you so much for your kind comment, Khaelan. There are links in the description of each book's folder, if you're interested in purchasing any.

Yeah, that's The Guardian for you. Its nickname is The Grauniad because it used to be notorious for misspellings and bad grammar. Not so bad since spellcheck came in but they have to keep up their reputation. ;) Congratulations on the article!

Thank you!

Typos I can understand, but I wouldn't have supposed the Grauniad were that terrible with grammar, ha!

Are your illustrations also in the regular edition or just the limited?

Only the limited, I'm afraid. The regular edition is an older one and reproduces Kipling's original illustrations.

Heh, my father showed me that page one morning saying I'd like the illustration featured in it - of course I did!
Congrats on the feature!
