You never stop to amaze me, Niroot.
This picture is so full of life! I can't decide which one I like the best - the rooster or the dog.

Can't wait to see it done, although I love the sketch so much!

Awesome! How will you proceed, will you be going over this with ink?

Thank you! Yes, I will indeed. Though this is only part of the whole, which may turn out... rather unexpectedly.

In progress and already beyond gorgeous! I cannot express how much I love your cranes. And I have such a soft spot for dogs (my own pup curled up at my side as I type being the main reason), I have to admire the nobility in yours. I can tell the finished product will be fabulous - the instruments and ladies' clothing especially!

Thank you so much!

Did you notice the nightingale singing with the erhu-playing lady? ^_^ I just thought you might appreciate that...

I noticed the little bird but didn't think it was a nightingale. It's even more charming to me now! They're such darling birds - the epitome of not judging a book by its cover. :)

10X13cm?? How on earth do you do such beautiful work at such small scales?

I'm afraid I don't know. ^^; How do others work so large? >.<

Of course, I should point out that this detail is about a third of the whole piece, which roughly A4.
