It seems to be available now, if Amazon is anything to go by (although please note that the description there about the number of illustrations is incorrect. There are thirty-one illustrations in total: eleven in colour and twenty silhouettes; not seventy-five (!)).

once again, i have to comment on how refreshing it is to see such talent in this use of style. it's very old school and i think people rarely do it anymore because a) they can't, and b) they have no patience for the detail and intricacies it. i adore all of your work.
