Two of my Rubáiyát illustrations made a small appearance in this article by Ken Russell in The Times on Friday 11th December. It's an overview of the Rubáiyát exhibition at the British Library.
As I mentioned, it's a write-up of the exhibition as a whole, and doesn't discuss my work in any length. Although the opening paragraph does contain a description of my illustration for quatrain 32. I did giggle a little at that. I didn't quite intend an 'all-seeing-eye' there, nor is it a moon so much as part of the ornamentation of the arch into which the 'door' of the quatrain is set. The ' plate' which Mr Russell describes, indeed, is part of that same door itself. But it doesn't matter in the least. In fact, amused though I may be, I'm glad that Mr Russell has allowed his imagination to run wild with it.

Incidentally, I'm also delighted by the fact that Bright Star, a film about Keats, is being advertised on the same page.
Congrats! :shakehands: It's nice to see your work is getting so much difussion Also, the last image from the book you shared is perhaps my favorite so far (along with the stanza)
You know my tastes quite well, Niroot ^-^ I wish you are having some great Holidays and that this new year will be an even better one for you and your close ones
I doubt it did, but thank you.
